Discuss this scopeScope the Security Operations Centre (SOC) around agreed telemetry sources, alert monitoring, triage, investigation, escalation and case ownership. Establish detection-use-case maintenance, reporting and handover procedures.
Define hypothesis-led investigations across available endpoint, identity, cloud and network telemetry. Record evidence, findings and recommendations, and feed relevant discoveries into detection improvements.
Agree incident validation, severity classification, containment recommendations and recovery coordination. Document which actions the service may take directly and which need customer approval.

Service boundaries
Confirm monitoring hours, data sources, retention, tooling, integration dependencies, response targets and containment authority. Any 24/7 coverage or response-time commitment must be expressly included in the contract.
The proposal must identify Vula Connect’s responsibilities, any delivery partners or specialist subcontractors, and the customer’s obligations before service commitments are made.
